Organic Baby Clothing WEST PALM BEACH

Long before I had my first child, I had not thought I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the most recent baby fashions we have picked up.

I usually get together with 2 other mothers, once a week, to hear about the latest gossip. We generally meet at Waves Too Seafood Market & Bistro (which is in WEST PALM BEACH, FL) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was more exciting because we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby girl organic produce from day one but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown crops in the world and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged habitats and in particular water bodies. Organic produce is produced without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic pest control techniques.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Buying organic products means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and lakes, less health problems for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Several wholesalers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find stores entirely committed to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to adolescents. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I would not go as far to say that I am only going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
