Organic Baby Clothing WEBSTER

Back before I had my first child, I had not believed I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other mothers about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to discuss the most recent baby clothes we have bought.
I generally go out with 2 other women, once a fortnight, to catch up on the latest new. We generally meet at Bill Grays Restaurants (which is in WEBSTER, NY) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was more exciting seeing we chatted about baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic produce from day one but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the US and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has destroyed habitats and especially water bodies. Organic produce is produced without using artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic insect control techniques.
Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and waterways, less health problems for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Several producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find stores completely committed to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I do not think that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
