Back before I had my baby, I had not imagined I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, chatting to other parents about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. No or a reduction in the use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, fewer health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to older children. I do not think that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am absolutely going try to whenever possible.
