Organic Baby Clothing WARREN

Back before I had my children, I never really imagined I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, talking to other mothers about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we like to discuss the most recent baby clothes we have picked up.
I generally get together with 4 other women, once a week, to find out the latest happenings. We often meet at Chico's Place (which is in WARREN, OH) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was really exciting because we talked about organic baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby girl organic produce from day one but I had never thought about purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the US and one of the most harmful to the environment and to farmers. The run off from these farms has damaged habitats and especially water bodies. Organic produce is made without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can get organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Buying organic produce means you are getting products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.
A number of producers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothing or you can find shops entirely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to teenagers. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
