Organic Baby Clothing VISTA

Before I had my children, I never imagined I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, being able to talk to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to chat about the newest baby fashions we have picked up.
I generally get together with 4 other parents, once a week, to hear about the latest happenings. We generally meet at Two Brothers From Italy Pizza (which is in VISTA, CA) as that is quite central for all of us. Last week was really interesting as we talked about baby clothes. I have been providing my baby girl organic produce from day one but I had never thought about buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the US and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged ecosystems and especially water bodies. Organic cotton is made without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.
You can get organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Buying organic clothes means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and rivers, fewer health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Several wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothing or you can find retailers entirely devoted to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to teenagers. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
