Organic Baby Clothing SCOTT

Before I had my first child, I never really believed I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mother, talking to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the most recent baby outfits we have purchased.
I more often than not get together with 4 other mothers, once a week, to find out the latest new. We usually meet at Hausers Food Quest (which is in SCOTT, LA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was particularly eye opening because we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby boy organic produce from day one but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown crops in the world and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined habitats and in particular water ways. Organic products are produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.
You can buy soft organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and lakes, fewer cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Many retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find designers entirely devoted to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I would not go as far to say that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
