Organic Baby Clothing RED BLUFF

Before I had my children, I never believed I would belong to a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, talking to other parents about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We discuss how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to discuss the most recent baby fashions we have bought.

I generally get together with 2 other mothers, once a month, to find out the latest gossip. We usually meet at Pizzarrito's (which is in RED BLUFF, CA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really exciting because we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby organic produce from the beginning but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the world and one of the most devastating to the ecosystem and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged the environment and especially water ways. Organic produce is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control techniques.

You can purchase soft organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Clothing

Getting organic products means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, fewer diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Many wholesalers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothing or you can find stores solely devoted to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever possible.
