Back before I had my children, I never really believed I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am a mother, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We talk about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to discuss the latest baby outfits we have picked up.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Buying organic products means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, fewer cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

A number of retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find wholesalers solely committed to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to adolescents. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I would not go as far to say that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
