Organic Baby Clothing PATERSON

Before I had my children, I never imagined I would belong to a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, chatting to other women about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We talk about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to talk about the latest baby outfits we have picked up.

I usually go out with 3 other mothers, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest new. We usually meet at Ciccio Pizza (which is in PATERSON, NJ) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was particularly eye opening seeing we talked about baby clothes. I have been giving my baby organic meals from the beginning but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the world and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has ruined the environment and in particular water supplies. Organic cotton is produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.

You can get organic baby apparel online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Getting organic clothes means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or less use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Several wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find shops solely committed to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
