Organic Baby Clothing PATERSON

Long before I had my first child, I had not imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a new mother, talking to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to discuss the newest baby fashions we have bought.
I more often than not go out with 3 other women, once a week, to find out the latest new. We generally meet at Michael's Deli (which is in PATERSON, NJ) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was particularly eye opening seeing we talked about organic baby clothes. I have been giving my baby organic food from the start but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown products in the world and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has ruined ecosystems and especially water bodies. Organic produce is produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can get organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic produce means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, less cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Many retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find stores completely committed to organic baby clothing. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to older children. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am without a doubt going try to whenever possible.
