Before I had my baby, I had not imagined I would join a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mother, chatting to other women about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to talk about the most recent baby clothes we have bought.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Getting organic products means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, reduced diseases for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to teenagers. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
