Organic Baby Clothing NASHVILLE

Before I had my first child, I never believed I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the newest baby outfits we have purchased.
I more often than not go out with 3 other mothers, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest happenings. We usually meet at Florida Seafood Kitchen (which is in NASHVILLE, TN) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was really eye opening because we chatted about organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby organic food from the beginning but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the US and one of the most devastating to the ecosystem and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and especially water supplies. Organic cotton is made without the use of artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control techniques.
You can get beautiful organic baby outfits online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Getting organic products means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or less use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Quite a few retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers entirely committed to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to adolescents. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am only going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
