Organic Baby Clothing NAPLES

Long before I had my baby, I had not believed I would belong to a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mum, chatting to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to talk about the newest baby fashions we have picked up.

I usually go out with 3 other mothers, once a month, to hear about the latest new. We often meet at China Wok (which is in NAPLES, FL) as that is quite central for all of us. Last week was really eye opening because we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby organic produce from the beginning but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most popular products in the world and one of the most devastating to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has damaged ecosystems and in particular water ways. Organic cotton is produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Instead, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control techniques.

You can get beautiful organic baby outfits online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Getting organic clothing means you are getting products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.

Quite a few wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find stores solely devoted to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to older children. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am only going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
