Organic Baby Clothing MONTGOMERY

Back before I had my first child, I never really believed I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a new mother, being able to talk to other women about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the most recent baby clothes we have bought.
I more often than not meet with 2 other women, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest new. We generally meet at Waffle House (which is in MONTGOMERY, AL) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was more exciting seeing we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby organic produce from the start but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown products in the world and one of the most devastating to the ecosystem and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed habitats and in particular water supplies. Organic cotton is made without the need for artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.
You can get beautiful organic baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or reduced use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, fewer cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of wholesalers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find retailers entirely devoted to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to older children. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
