Organic Baby Clothing MEMPHIS

Long before I had my first child, I never really thought I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I have become a new mother, chatting to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to talk about the latest baby outfits we have purchased.
I usually go out with 2 other parents, once a month, to find out the latest happenings. We generally meet at Subway Salads & Sandwiches (which is in MEMPHIS, TN) as that is quite central for all of us. Last week was really interesting seeing we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby girl organic food from day one but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in America and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has ruined habitats and in particular water ways. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
You can purchase organic cotton baby clothing online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic clothes means you are buying clothes which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and waterways, reduced cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.
Several makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find stores completely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to teenagers. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am absolutely going try to whenever I can.
