Organic Baby Clothing MAPLE SHADE

Before I had my children, I never really imagined I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mum, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to discuss the newest baby fashions we have purchased.

I more often than not get together with 3 other women, once a month, to hear about the latest happenings. We usually meet at Sal & Joes Pizza & Restaurant (which is in MAPLE SHADE, NJ) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last month was really exciting as we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby girl organic produce from the beginning but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most popular plants in the US and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged the environment and particularly water bodies. Organic produce is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.

You can buy organic baby clothing online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Clothing

Getting organic products means you are buying produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and waterways, fewer diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.

Quite a few retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find shops solely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to older children. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
