Long before I had my baby, I never really believed I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a new mother, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to talk about the newest baby clothes we have picked up.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Buying organic clothing means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or reduced use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, less cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Many retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find wholesalers completely committed to organic baby clothing. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
