Organic Baby Clothing LAWRENCEVILLE

Before I had my children, I never imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mum, talking to other parents about what is happening in my life has benefited me immensely. We talk about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the latest baby clothes we have picked up.
I more often than not get together with 2 other parents, once a week, to find out the latest gossip. We often meet at VALS Heavenly Wings (which is in LAWRENCEVILLE, GA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was particularly eye opening seeing we talked about baby clothes. I have been providing my baby boy organic food from day one but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in the world and one of the most harmful to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and particularly water supplies. Organic produce is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.
Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic produce means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Many retailers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers entirely devoted to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to teenagers. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I would not go as far to say that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
