Long before I had my first child, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mother, being able to talk to other parents about what is happening in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we like to discuss the newest baby outfits we have picked up.

I usually get together with 2 other parents, once a fortnight, to find out the latest new. We generally meet at Castle Tea Room (which is in LAWRENCE, KS) as that is quite central for all of us. Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Getting organic clothes means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or reduced use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Several makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find shops solely committed to organic baby clothing. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to older children. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I would not go as far to say that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
