Before I had my children, I never really believed I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am a mum, being able to talk to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. Purchasing organic produce means you are getting products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, fewer cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to teenagers. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
