Organic Baby Clothing HENDERSON

Back before I had my baby, I never really believed I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a new mother, being able to talk to other parents about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we enjoy being able to chat about the newest baby outfits we have purchased.
I generally get together with 4 other parents, once a week, to find out the latest happenings. We often meet at Cibos (which is in HENDERSON, KY) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last month was really eye opening as we discussed baby clothes. I have been providing my baby boy organic food from day one but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular crops in America and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed the environment and in particular water supplies. Organic products are grown without the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control methods.
You can purchase organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or less use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, fewer cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of makers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers entirely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to older children. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
