Before I had my first child, I never really thought I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a new mother, talking to other women about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. Purchasing organic clothing means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, fewer cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to older children. I am not saying that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
