Before I had my baby, I never imagined I would join a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. Purchasing organic clothing means you are getting produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or less use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and rivers, reduced cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to teenagers. I would not go as far to say that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
