Long before I had my first child, I had not believed I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am a new mother, being able to talk to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we enjoy being able to talk about the latest baby outfits we have picked up.

I more often than not get together with 4 other parents, once a week, to catch up on the latest new. Purchasing organic produce means you are buying produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or a reduction in the use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, reduced health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Naturally, organic clothing for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I do not think that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever I can.
