Organic Baby Clothing CHICAGO

Before I had my children, I had not imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a new mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we enjoy being able to talk about the newest baby fashions we have bought.
I generally get together with 2 other women, once a week, to catch up on the latest happenings. We usually meet at Little Caesars Pizza Treat (which is in CHICAGO, IL) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was particularly interesting as we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been providing my baby organic produce from the start but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular plants in America and one of the most ruinous to the ecosystem and to farm employees. The run off from cotton farms has ruined ecosystems and in particular water bodies. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic products means you are getting produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or less use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and waterways, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Many producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find designers completely committed to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to adolescents. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am without a doubt going try to whenever it is available.
