Organic Baby Clothing BEDFORD

Back before I had my children, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a new mother, talking to other women about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to chat about the latest baby clothes we have purchased.
I more often than not go out with 4 other parents, once a month, to catch up on the latest gossip. We often meet at Stolls Restaurant Inc (which is in BEDFORD, IN) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was more eye opening seeing we talked about baby clothes. I have been providing my baby girl organic food from the beginning but I had never thought about buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in the US and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and particularly water bodies. Organic cotton is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic pest control practices.
Benefits of Organic Clothing
Buying organic produce means you are purchasing produce which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or less use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, fewer cancers for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
A number of wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find wholesalers entirely devoted to organic baby clothing. Thankfully, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.
I do not think that I am only going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
