Organic Baby Clothing ATLANTA

Long before I had my baby, I had not imagined I would belong to a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mum, being able to talk to other parents about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to discuss the latest baby fashions we have bought.
I generally meet with 4 other parents, once a fortnight, to catch up on the latest happenings. We usually meet at Eclipse Di Luna (which is in ATLANTA, GA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was really eye opening because we discussed baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby girl organic produce from the beginning but I had not considered buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown crops in the world and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged habitats and particularly water bodies. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and insecticides. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic pest control practices.
You can purchase soft organic cotton baby apparel online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less diseases for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Several producers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find designers entirely devoted to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to adolescents. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I do not think that I am only going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
