Organic Baby Clothes VALDOSTA

Back before I had my children, I never thought I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mum, chatting to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to chat about the latest baby clothes we have purchased.

I generally meet with 2 other parents, once a month, to catch up on the latest gossip. We often meet at O'Neal's Country Buffet (which is in VALDOSTA, GA) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last time was more interesting seeing we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby boy organic produce from the beginning but it had never crossed my mind to buying organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown crops in America and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from these farms has ruined the environment and especially water supplies. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.

You can buy beautiful organic baby clothing online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Buying organic produce means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Many retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find stores completely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I am not saying that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
