Organic Baby Clothes TOWER

Long before I had my baby, I never really believed I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am a mum, chatting to other mothers about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the most recent baby clothes we have bought.

I generally get together with 4 other women, once a fortnight, to catch up on the latest gossip. We generally meet at Fortune Bay Resort & Casino (which is in TOWER, MN) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last month was particularly exciting seeing we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby organic meals from the start but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most popular products in the world and one of the most ruinous to the habitat and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined habitats and especially water ways. Organic products are produced without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing

Getting organic products means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and lakes, fewer diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Quite a few producers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find retailers solely devoted to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to older children. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am only going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
