Back before I had my first child, I never really thought I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a mum, talking to other parents about what is going on in my life has really helped me. Buying organic clothes means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or reduced use of pesticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our land and rivers, fewer health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Several retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic items or you can find stores solely dedicated to organic baby clothes. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to teenagers. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I am not saying that I am only going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am without a doubt going try to whenever I can.
