Before I had my baby, I had not thought I would be part of a mothers group. Purchasing organic clothing means you are getting products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from babies to older children. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
