Back before I had my first child, I never believed I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am a new mother, chatting to other women about what is happening in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to discuss the newest baby fashions we have bought.
I more often than not go out with 2 other women, once a month, to find out the latest happenings. I have been feeding my baby boy organic meals from the start but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.

Purchasing organic produce means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to teenagers. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I do not think that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
