Long before I had my children, I never imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. Getting organic clothing means you are buying produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or less use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.
