Organic Baby Clothes OCEANSIDE

Long before I had my children, I never thought I would join a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a new mother, talking to other parents about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to discuss the latest baby clothes we have bought.
I usually get together with 3 other mothers, once a week, to catch up on the latest happenings. We generally meet at Two Brothers From Italy Pizza - Ocnsd (which is in OCEANSIDE, CA) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last month was really eye opening as we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been giving my baby organic food from day one but it had never crossed my mind to getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular crops in America and one of the most harmful to the ecosystem and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has damaged ecosystems and particularly water supplies. Organic produce is grown without using artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.
You can purchase organic baby clothing online from a number of retailers. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Purchasing organic products means you are buying clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to our habitat. No or reduced use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Quite a few retailers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find wholesalers completely committed to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to teenagers. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
