Long before I had my first child, I had not thought I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a new mother, chatting to other parents about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. No or reduced use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, less diseases for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from toddlers to older children. Naturally, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
