Organic Baby Clothes NORTH ANDOVER

Long before I had my first child, I never really imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I am finally a new mother, talking to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has benefited me immensely. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to chat about the latest baby fashions we have picked up.
I more often than not get together with 4 other mothers, once a month, to find out the latest happenings. We often meet at Jimmy's Famous Pizza (which is in NORTH ANDOVER, MA) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last month was particularly eye opening because we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby girl organic meals from the beginning but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown products in the US and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed habitats and particularly water ways. Organic produce is made without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can purchase soft organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some gorgeous organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic products means you are buying produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or reduced use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, fewer cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.
Many wholesalers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothes or you can find retailers entirely devoted to organic baby clothes. Thankfully, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from toddlers to older children. Of course, organic clothing for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am only going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever possible.
