Back before I had my children, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mother, talking to other women about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We chat about how we deal with our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we love to discuss the newest baby outfits we have purchased.
I more often than not meet with 2 other mothers, once a month, to hear about the latest happenings. I have been giving my baby girl organic meals from day one but it had never crossed my mind to purchasing organic clothing for her.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are buying produce which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or less use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, fewer health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Many wholesalers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find stores solely committed to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to teenagers. Naturally, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am just going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am without a doubt going try to whenever it is available.
