Long before I had my children, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mother, chatting to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. Getting organic clothes means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or less use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, fewer health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to older children. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
