Long before I had my first child, I never thought I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I have become a mum, being able to talk to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. Getting organic clothing means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, less health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with toxic chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to teenagers. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I am not saying that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a fantastic alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
