Organic Baby Clothes MINE HILL

Before I had my first child, I never imagined I would belong to a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, talking to other women about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the most recent baby fashions we have bought.

I more often than not meet with 4 other mothers, once a week, to hear about the latest happenings. We generally meet at Weight Trimmers Sweet Shoppe & Retail Store (which is in MINE HILL, NJ) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last time was really interesting because we chatted about organic baby clothing. I have been giving my baby organic produce from day one but it had never crossed my mind to buying organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most broadly grown crops in the world and one of the most harmful to the environment and to farm employees. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined the environment and in particular water ways. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Alternatively, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic pest control practices.

You can purchase beautiful organic baby apparel online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products

Buying organic clothes means you are buying clothes which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of soils and waterways. No or less use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.

Several makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find stores entirely devoted to organic baby clothing. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to teenagers. Obviously, organic clothes for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my man.

I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
