Long before I had my baby, I had not imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am finally a mum, chatting to other mothers about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. Purchasing organic products means you are buying produce which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or a reduction in the use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, reduced cancers for farm employees, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Either way, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are catered for, from toddlers to adolescents.
