Organic Baby Clothes MADISON

Long before I had my children, I never thought I would join a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a mother, being able to talk to other mothers about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. We talk about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to discuss the latest baby fashions we have picked up.
I generally go out with 4 other parents, once a fortnight, to find out the latest happenings. We often meet at Pizzeria Uno-Chicago Bar and Grill (which is in MADISON, WI) as that is quite central for all of us. Last week was more exciting because we discussed organic baby clothes. I have been feeding my baby girl organic food from the beginning but I had not considered purchasing organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown crops in America and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined the environment and particularly water supplies. Organic cotton is made without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.
You can get soft organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic products means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of insecticides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our land and lakes, less health problems for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by reducing their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.
Quite a few makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find stores completely committed to organic baby clothes. Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also accessible and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
