Organic Baby Clothes LEXINGTON

Before I had my first child, I never imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mum, talking to other mothers about what is taking place in my life has been a huge help. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we love to chat about the most recent baby outfits we have bought.
I generally meet with 2 other parents, once a fortnight, to find out the latest new. We usually meet at Hooker Restaurant (which is in LEXINGTON, MS) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was particularly interesting as we talked about organic baby clothing. I have been giving my baby organic produce from day one but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most popular crops in America and one of the most harmful to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from cotton farms has ruined ecosystems and in particular water ways. Organic produce is made without using artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using eco friendly pest control practices.
You can get organic cotton baby outfits online from a number of stores. Sckoon is my favourite for organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Choosing Organic Products
Getting organic clothing means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less contamination of the environment. No or less use of insecticides and fertilizers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, reduced health problems for farm employees, and fewer health risks for children by reducing their contact with toxic chemicals.
A number of wholesalers of baby clothes also produce a range of organic clothing or you can find retailers solely devoted to organic baby clothing. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are catered for, from infants to adolescents. Of course, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to buy organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am most definitely going try to whenever it is available.
