Back before I had my first child, I never really imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a new mother, talking to other women about what is going on in my life has been a huge help. Buying organic clothes means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of our habitat. No or a reduction in the use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, less diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Anyway, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to teenagers. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my husband.

I am not saying that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
