Organic Baby Clothes HUNTSVILLE

Long before I had my first child, I never really believed I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mum, talking to other women about what is happening in my life has benefited me immensely. We discuss how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to discuss the most recent baby outfits we have purchased.
I generally get together with 2 other women, once a month, to hear about the latest happenings. We usually meet at American Cafe (which is in HUNTSVILLE, AL) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was particularly exciting seeing we discussed organic baby clothing. I have been feeding my baby boy organic food from the beginning but I had never thought about getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in America and one of the most harmful to the habitat and to farm workers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has destroyed the environment and especially water supplies. Organic cotton is produced without using artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming relies on things like crop rotation, improving soils naturally, and using organic pest control methods.
You can purchase organic baby outfits online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Getting organic clothing means you are purchasing clothes which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or reduced use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and lakes, reduced health problems for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
A number of producers of baby clothes also make a range of organic items or you can find stores solely devoted to organic baby fashion. Thankfully, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to older children. Of course, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I would not go as far to say that I am only ever going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a good alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my children but I am definitely going try to whenever it is available.
