Back before I had my first child, I never really thought I would join a mothers group. However, now that I am finally a mum, being able to talk to other parents about what is going on in my life has really helped me. Buying organic clothing means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at least in a way which causes less damage to soils and waterways. No or a reduction in the use of herbicides and fertilizers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, fewer health problems for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with potentially dangerous chemicals.

Thankfully, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are taken care of, from infants to adolescents. I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothes (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am absolutely going try to whenever it is available.
