Organic Baby Clothes HAMPTON

Back before I had my first child, I never really imagined I would be part of a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I have become a mother, being able to talk to other women about what is taking place in my life has really helped me. We talk about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share recipes, and we love to talk about the latest baby outfits we have picked up.
I usually meet with 3 other mothers, once a fortnight, to find out the latest new. We often meet at Sidelines Sports Bar & Grill (which is in HAMPTON, SC) as that is fairly central for all of us. Last week was particularly exciting because we talked about baby clothes. I have been giving my baby boy organic food from the beginning but it had never crossed my mind to buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most broadly grown plants in the US and one of the most devastating to the environment and to farmers. The run off from non-organic cotton farms has ruined habitats and especially water ways. Organic cotton is produced without the use of artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Rather, organic farming depends on things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can purchase soft organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of retailers. Sckoon has some beautiful organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Purchasing organic produce means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco friendly manner, or at the very least in a way which causes less pollution of soils and waterways. No or less use of herbicides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and rivers, fewer cancers for farm workers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Many retailers of baby clothes also make a range of organic clothes or you can find shops solely devoted to organic baby clothes. Either way, there are a lot of designs to choose from and all ages are provided for, from infants to adolescents. Obviously, organic clothing for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is a great alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
