Organic Baby Clothes GLENVIEW

Before I had my first child, I had not imagined I would be part of a mothers group. However, now that I have become a new mother, talking to other mothers about what is happening in my life has been a huge help. We chat about how we raise our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we enjoy being able to chat about the most recent baby fashions we have bought.
I usually get together with 3 other women, once a month, to find out the latest gossip. We usually meet at Goode & Fresh Pizza Bakery (which is in GLENVIEW, IL) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was more eye opening because we discussed baby clothes. I have been giving my baby girl organic produce from the beginning but I had not considered getting organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown products in the US and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farmers. The run off from cotton farms has destroyed ecosystems and in particular water bodies. Organic cotton is grown without using artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.
You can get organic cotton baby clothing online from a number of shops. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothes.

Benefits of Organic Baby Clothing
Buying organic clothes means you are buying products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or reduced use of herbicides and synthetic fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and rivers, reduced diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.
Many producers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothes or you can find shops entirely devoted to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are catered for, from babies to adolescents. Naturally, organic clothes for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am just going to get organic cotton or bamboo clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever possible.
