Organic Baby Clothes FORT MILL

Back before I had my children, I never really believed I would join a mothers group. Anyhow, now that I am a mother, being able to talk to other parents about what is going on in my life has really helped me. We discuss how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share baby food recipes, and we like to talk about the newest baby fashions we have bought.
I more often than not get together with 4 other parents, once a month, to hear about the latest happenings. We often meet at Tony's Pizza & Italian Restaurant (which is in FORT MILL, SC) as that is pretty central for all of us. Last week was more exciting as we talked about baby clothes. I have been giving my baby organic meals from day one but I had never thought about buying organic clothing for her.
Cotton is one of the most widely grown plants in the US and one of the most harmful to the ecosystem and to farmers. The run off from these farms has destroyed habitats and in particular water ways. Organic cotton is made without the need for artificial fertilisers and chemicals. Alternatively, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, raising the quality of soils naturally, and using organic insect control methods.
You can get beautiful organic baby apparel online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby clothing.

Benefits of Organic Clothing
Buying organic produce means you are getting clothes which have been produced in an environmentally friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less pollution of the environment. No or less use of pesticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our soils and lakes, reduced health problems for farmers, and fewer health risks for our children by moderating their contact with toxic chemicals.
A number of makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic clothing or you can find shops completely dedicated to organic baby fashion. Anyway, there are a lot of brands to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Naturally, organic clothing for men and women is also obtainable and I am looking into that for myself and my man.
I am not saying that I am only ever going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an amazing alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my child but I am definitely going try to whenever I can.
