Organic Baby Clothes FLEMINGTON

Before I had my baby, I had not thought I would belong to a mothers group. Be that as it may, now that I have become a mum, talking to other mothers about what is going on in my life has benefited me immensely. We chat about how we bring up our children, what to do and not to do, we share meal plans, and we like to discuss the most recent baby outfits we have bought.

I more often than not meet with 3 other women, once a fortnight, to hear about the latest happenings. We often meet at Dominicks Pizza Shoppes (which is in FLEMINGTON, NJ) as that is quite central for all of us. Last week was really eye opening because we chatted about organic baby clothes. I have been providing my baby organic food from day one but I had never thought about purchasing organic clothing for her.

Cotton is one of the most widely grown products in America and one of the most ruinous to the environment and to farm workers. The run off from cotton farms has damaged the environment and in particular water supplies. Organic cotton is grown without the need for artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farming depends upon things like crop rotation, enhancing soils naturally, and using organic insect control practices.

You can buy organic cotton baby clothes online from a number of stores. Sckoon has some of the cutest organic baby apparel.

Benefits of Organic Clothing

Buying organic clothing means you are purchasing products which have been produced in an eco-friendly manner, or at a minimum in a way which causes less damage to the environment. No or less use of insecticides and fertilisers means less pollution of our farms and waterways, less diseases for farmers, and fewer health risks for our babies and children by lessening their contact with dangerous chemicals.

Quite a few makers of baby clothes also sell a range of organic items or you can find wholesalers solely devoted to organic baby fashion. Either way, there are a lot of marks to choose from and all ages are provided for, from babies to older children. Obviously, organic fashion for men and women is also available and I am looking into that for myself and my partner.

I do not think that I am just going to purchase organic cotton or bamboo cotton clothing (which is an excellent alternative to regular or organic cotton) for my baby but I am most definitely going try to whenever I can.
